Refund and Cancellation Policy

We, BOOKMYWEAR believe in Customer satisfaction and delighting at the most prior.

The products which we sell are at the best price ever to Our Customer. Our policy is mainly focused on our valuable customers at first and hence we are very Transparent in our policy and process. However, we wish and we have generated a platform in such a way so, that you may not need to use the policy as far as it concern but we do also believe and understand that under some circumstances it is necessary to replace/return the product. So, we have made policy in such a way that Genuine customer cannot be entertained.

Received Damaged Products Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Products Delivered:

We Send all the Products only if it checked twice So, Customer do not received damaged

Products. In case Damaged Products received by the Customer somehow we will replace it with the same products but Customer has to inform us via email or Contact number mentioned in the website in 2 days after the product is delivered.

We will do our best and replace the product as soon as possible, If that product replacement is not possible Somehow only in that case we will think of Refunding  that much amount.* or Exchange the Product If the Customer Wants . (* Customized Product cannot be refunded anyway)

In case of Product replacement, Customer have to send back the parcel with a return packing slip within 7 Days. (Courier and Parcel Charged to be bear by Customer only.)

We do not accept return of custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade Kurtis, gowns or pre-stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouses.

Custom stitched products will not be liable for any kind of refunds OR replacements in case of Partial return even if the products are at our Place.

Once Customer Placed an order and if customer want to cancel it then within 24 hours. Cancel the order and refund will be credited in 10 working days. Post After an hour order Cannot be cancelled or cannot be considered as a cancel order.
