Shipping Service

We value time and money of our customers and hence strive to ensure that they receive their ordered product in the best conditions, on or before the committed date.

In order to do so, we have tie up with leading and logistics/courier companies such as FedEx, Aramex, Delhivery, First Flight, Express courier and Ecom Express, DTDC.

Domestic Shipping Time

While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, but minimum require days to keep in mind would be 2-5 days.

For Metros cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5-7 working days.

International Shipping Time

International orders will get delivered anywhere between 8-20 days, depending upon the customer’s location and the customs clearance procedure of the destination country.

Custom Duty (For International Order)

For all international orders, customers will be solely responsible for bearing the Customs duty and other clearance formalities.

The order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location. Returned Product fund will be credited after Deducting Courier Charge.

Cancellation Policy before shipment

At last BOOKMYWEAR reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a Standard time.

You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations are permitted beyond 24 hours.

Shipping Customized Products

Once Customized products shipped, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect with the same. There will be no discount available for the customization cost for any product. 

Order Delay

In case of any unconditional Situations which are out of our control there may be delay in Delivery but in such case we let you know in advance on your mobile and on your email. 

During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing and shipping there might be slightly delay in delivery.
